The commitment

99.9% monthly availability on the redirect path — the part that matters, because it is what your audience touches. That allows about 43 minutes of downtime a month.

How it is measured

A redirect is available if a request to a configured link returns a 3xx response within five seconds. Scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours ahead is excluded, as is downtime caused by your own DNS or your own destination.

The status page shows what this installation has actually measured: a self-check probes the redirect engine, the marketing site, the dashboard, the API and the database every few minutes and records one row per component. The page states how far back it can measure rather than asserting a figure it cannot support.

Credits are applied to the next invoice. A credit is the remedy for missed availability; it does not cap any other right you have.

The dashboard and API

Best-effort, with no credit attached. They are deliberately separate from the redirect path so an incident in one cannot take down the other.

Reporting an outage? The status page is updated from automated checks and is usually ahead of us — check it first, then tell us what you are seeing that it does not show.

The contact form opens a real ticket, gives you a reference number and a link to follow the answer — you do not need an account. Choose Something is broken as the subject so it reaches the right person. If you already have a ticket open, reply on its link rather than starting a second one.
