Choose a readable contact-card template

Choose colors with enough contrast and avoid small text over busy imagery. Keep the name and role available as text even when a portrait or logo provides visual recognition.

Build and test the details

Use emojis as accents alongside meaningful labels. A phone symbol beside Call the office is clearer than a symbol alone. Replace long raw URLs with descriptive action names.

Review after publishing

Preview at narrow widths and enlarge browser text. Check labels and keyboard access on forms. Test the live page and its external destinations, because an accessible card can still lead to a difficult booking flow.

Try this workflow

Open Pages, preview a template and choose Use template to edit a copy. Replace sample destinations before publishing. Templates, contact details and page analytics are free; custom-domain hosting starts with Starter or the one-time 7-day domain trial.

Save a draft during review, then publish and test each action on a phone. Keep the owner and next review date with your working notes. See current plans for package details.
